Yes, we accept returns and offer full refunds if you change your mind, make a mistake, or your circumstances change. To qualify, the item must be returned in as-new condition, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You must return the item within 14 days of receiving it.
Refunds will be processed within 7 days of the item arriving back with us, though your card provider may take longer to show the funds.
Please note, delivery charges are non-refundable, and modified or bespoke items cannot be returned or refunded, unless agreed in advance.
We aim to deliver all items within the timeframes shown on our website. However, delays can sometimes happen due to circumstances beyond our control. If there is a delay, we will do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.
If you’re not happy with the delay, you can cancel your order for a full refund, unless the item is bespoke. Bespoke or custom-made items must still be honoured and will be delivered as soon as possible.
Our features are made from solid stone and built to last. However, if installed outdoors in areas where freezing conditions occur, it is your responsibility to protect them.
You must drain all water from the reservoir and cover the feature with a waterproof cover during cold periods to prevent rainwater build-up and frost damage. Once the risk of frost has passed, you can safely use the feature again.
