The grill is built from sheet corten steel with a 10mm mild steel hot plate (plancha). It includes a removable central griddle section, which can be raised to adjust the cooking temperature.

This setup suits a wide range of dietary needs. Different zones of the hot plate can be allocated to plant-based, pescatarian or meat dishes, keeping everyone happy.
